If you require your jewellery for a particular date or occasion, please contact us before placing your order. We will always go above and beyond wherever possible to help meet your timescale.
Returns & Customer Satisfaction

We will never leave you with a piece of jewellery you are not happy with.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can help resolve the issue.
Standard (Non-Bespoke) Items
For standard, non-custom items:
- Please notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition and packaging
- All returns must be authorised before being sent back
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Bespoke, Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the nature of bespoke jewellery — including custom designs, engravings, personalised pieces and customer-requested alterations — these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, if there is a genuine issue with workmanship or the item does not match what was agreed, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where possible
We will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

- We recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning jewellery
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law
- Earrings and pierced jewellery may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty
