We provide a full jewellery care guide on our website and also offer complimentary in-store check-ups and cleaning.

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We will never leave you with a piece of jewellery you are not happy with — please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Standard (non-bespoke) items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Visit us in store and we’ll assess the work. If a quote can’t be given immediately, you can leave the item with us and we’ll contact you with a quote. No work begins without your approval, and you’ll receive a receipt detailing what you’ve left with us for peace of mind. If you’re unable to visit the store, you can also post your item to us via Royal Mail. Please contact us for more information.

Yes — all repairs, alterations, and bespoke jewellery are completed in our on-site workshop by our expert jewellers.
