• Bespoke orders require a non-refundable deposit.

Delivery

• We aim to dispatch items quickly, but delivery times may vary.
• We are not responsible for courier delays.

Returns

• Bespoke and personalised items are non-refundable.
• Standard items may be returned in original condition within 30 days.

Repairs & Warranty

• Repairs are guaranteed against workmanship issues only.
• Damage caused by wear and tear or accidents is not covered.
